Where is the venue located?
Our venue is located in the heart of Bonanza, Oregon, nestled in the beautiful Klamath Basin. Built with love and care, it offers a peaceful countryside setting surrounded by open skies and natural charm. We’re conveniently located just down the road from Pine Flat Wedding Venue, making us easy to find while still feeling tucked away from the bustle. Whether you’re a local or traveling in for the celebration, you’ll find our location welcoming, scenic, and worth the drive.
What decorations or equipment are included, and what should we bring?
We provide the foundation for your perfect day, and you bring the finishing touches! The venue includes several built-in features such as the saloon, silo with fire pit, and a ceremony arch—all ready to be personalized. We do not provide decorations, chairs, or canopies, so you’re welcome to bring your own to suit your style and needs. The space is fully yours to decorate and arrange however you'd like, giving you the freedom to create a truly magical and personalized experience.
What is parking like?
We offer ample on-site parking for you and your guests, just a short walk from the main event spaces. In addition to regular parking, we also provide designated space for RVs for dry camping only (no hookups available). If you or your guests plan to bring an RV, please let us know in advance so we can ensure space is reserved. Whether you're arriving for the day or planning to stay overnight, we’ve got room for you!
Is there a place for the wedding party to get ready?
Yes! We provide dedicated spaces for both sides of the wedding party to get ready and relax before the ceremony. The groom and groomsmen have access to a large shop space with plenty of room to hang out and play yard games like cornhole. For the bride and bridal party, we offer a cozy getting-ready area that includes a bedroom, bathroom, and makeup stations, along with access to the entire house (excluding the master bedroom) from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM on the day of the wedding. If additional time is needed, we’re happy to coordinate based on your ceremony schedule.
Is there a place to store food, drinks, or flowers on-site?
Yes! We have a 12x12 walk-in cooler available for your use on the day of the event. It’s perfect for safely storing food, drinks, flowers, and your wedding cake. Whether you’re working with a caterer or bringing your own items, the cooler ensures everything stays fresh and ready for your celebration. Let us know in advance if you'll need access so we can have it ready for you!
